Back pain?

Do you have back pain in everyday life? This belongs to the past with the BodyStretcher by Himtec.

Together with Himtec we had the possibility to co-develop and design an innovative back stretching machine which brings many advantages in technology, usability and look compared to allready existing products.

Für unseren Rücken bedeutet der aufrechte Gang jedoch eine Mehrbelastung, weil das Gewicht von oben kommt. Die Bandscheiben werden verpresst und die Muskulatur beginnt sich zu verkrampfen.
Kommen zu kurze Schlafzeiten hinzu, fehlt die nötige Regeneration.  Rückenschmerzen sind die Folge und es kommt zu Fehlhaltungen.
Joggen macht keine Freude mehr, das Aufstehen am Morgen wird zum Kraftakt und langes Sitzen wird zur Strapaze für Betroffene. Die Lebensqualität leidet und die Lebensfreude geht verloren.

Evolution has brought an upright posture. Very amazing how we can overlook everything since then!

However this upright walk causes an additional strain to our backs because the weight comes from top now. Intervertebral discs are compressed and the muscles beginn to cramp.
In addition with short sleeping times the regeneration phase is insufficient. Back problems and malpositions are the consequence.
Jogging is not fun anymore, getting up in the morning becomes a feat of strength and long periods of sitting becomes a strain. Quality of life suffers and the joy of life gets lost.
