Form Follows Function

The principle which was characterised by Louis H. Sullivan (architect, Chicago) in the late 19th century has remained until today. There are always several functions which are important in product design. This principle is visible and accessible in the Burri bench ‘Portami’: The seat’s shape is ergonomic, can be used in multiple ways and is aesthetic.
